We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, conscious, highly organised, computer literate, with previous work experience within an office environment, having been exposed to admin/reception duties.
Reception - First POC for all enquiries into the company, answering and directing phone calls, and taking any deliveries.
Liaising with external clients and colleagues over the phone for existing projects.
Office management - General office administration duties, e.g. scanning, filing and archiving.
Keeping diaries updated for colleagues
Data and numerical entry.
Fleet - Assisting with maintenance of the fleet vehicles, - MOT bookings, any damage etc.
HR – Assisting the Office Manager with administrational tasks relating onboarding and training.
